Has my order shipped?
If you provide your email address, we will send you an email confirmation after you placed your order, which contains a URL that shows the current status of your order. When your order leave our warehouse, we will also email you the tracking number which you can trace your order at UPS. Please print out this confirmation and keep it for your own references. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and use your order number for reference.
How do I cancel my order/item?
Grabbing an order out of the order stream can become very difficult and every minute that passes once the order has been submitted makes it even harder. However, if an error has been made and an order needs to be cancelled, please call Customer Service immediately. If the order is already on the UPS feeder truck then it cannot be cancelled and you would be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee if the order is refused. So please make sure all of your questions are answered before placing your order.
What is the billing address for my credit card?
Your billing address is the address that is listed on your credit card account. It is also the address where your monthly credit card statements are mailed to.
Why do you need the phone number of the bank that
issued my credit card?
If we have any problems obtaining authorization on your credit card, we contact your bank to make sure all the information you provided matches what your credit card company has on file. Large orders will always be subject to credit verification. This process ensures that your order is processed in a more timely manner. Please do not give us phone numbers that only provide locations of ATM machines. In order to obtain credit verification, we need a phone number that can connect us to a customer service representative.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We ship from California. LoveBooster.com charges sales tax for orders shipped to California ONLY. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs. To see the total sales tax charged on your order, click on checkout underneath your basket listing.
Where do I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
You will automatically receive a copy of your invoice via email once your order is placed. Official invoice will be mailed after order has been shipped.

First of all, every box we ship is tightly sealed in plain brown paper, and thus tamper-proof, hiding all contents from view. We will neither sell, exchange or otherwise benefit from the information a customer provides on the website and will never contact our customers unless directly asked to. An "OPT-IN" prompt allows customers to make this decision for themselves.
Customers needn't worry about security issues, as our network and proprietary software architecture are PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security compliant. Using the PCI Data Security Standard as its framework, CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) provides the tools and measurements needed to protect against cardholder data exposure and compromise across the entire payment industry. In August, 2005, we passed the compliance test for Level 2 VISA vendors. Among many other things, the compliance means that we do not store cardholder information on our servers. The information gets erased immediately after submission to VISA/MC data centers for processing charge authorization.
Credit Card Frauds
We tried very hard to work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards. Our system automatically verifies all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. All fraudulent activities will be reported directly to FBI and local law enforcement.
