Return Policy

All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM PST). If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by LoveBooster must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.

There will be ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on worn or open items. LoveBooster define worn items as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits. LoveBooster define open items as item that has been open and is proven not defective.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their original packaging, have tags removed, worn, washed or torn.

Massagers, Vibrator and Attachments are NOT returnable or exchangeable!!! Electronic items can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturer defect, and in such case, the defective item will be replaced with the same item. No refund will be issue.

Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) and liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned. We DO NOT accept returns on Video.

We apologize that the product that you have received from us was either defective/damaged. In this case you will have to send the product back to us for testing and after we have tested the unit we will then reship you another unit. No credit can be issued for defective/damage items. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.

Please note that we do not issue call tags. All returns must be prepaid. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused. Buyer are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage.

A 35% Restocking Fee will be charged for all clothing, lingerie, shoes, costumes and accessory returns.

For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.
